You must have qualified for the UPSC Civil Services (Mains) 2026.

Candidates who appeared in CSE Mains / Personal Interview in 2024 or 2025 are given preference during selection.

As on 01-01-2026: ≤ 30 years (General) and ≤ 32 years for SC / ST / OBC / EWS / Minority.

Terms & cancellation

Terms & conditions

  • Candidates doing a full/part-time course or employed anywhere at the time of admission are not entertained; taking up a job after admission leads to cancellation.
  • The selected candidate must settle into JHRCA within a week of completing admission formalities. Absence of more than 7 days without prior permission may forfeit admission.
  • University rules on Hostel & Mess apply to all admitted candidates.

Cancellation policy

  • Security deposit is forfeited if admission is cancelled within 30 days of admission.
  • Security deposit is forfeited and ₹10,000 deducted if cancelled within 60 days of admission.
